Where the fakawi

I have a hardcopy map of Dubai with me almost at all times. It’s not because I think I’m going to get lost, it’s so whenever people talk about things in and around Dubai I can plot where they’re talking about. I’ve also highlighted a number of places to check out at some point, like various parks, beaches, and so on.
Following is the Google Map I’ve started to maintain. As I check these places out, I’ll add the good ones here with a bit of a description so I’ll know for future. And maybe this advice could help others as well.
it took me a while to figure what “fakawi” means but I now get it! Now to update this “where the fakawi” post!
